My system was installed by a professional and the tank went bad ..which from this company as well as installer stated is very unusual ..however due to being 52 days out of warranty the DENIED a replacement .I elevated my complaint as high as I could and they refused to stand behind their product that should have lasted at least 20 years. I am in customer service as well and am astonished that WOULD NE COMPANY position is the User's recommendation: l WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCT.
