I drop my machine to deep cleaning the staff said that is take 2 or 3 days so when I call they said that is take 4 or 5 business day and the staff is rude you know Japanese company always right with the word but the staff terrible need to be training how to answer the question right and according to her they already change for deep cleaning is 4 or 5 business 2 weeks ago but I just drop the machine 2 days ago
