Update by user Nov 21, 2020 Company contacted with me and offered solution.Solution was implemented and my account was set back to the original settings, they also offered extra benefits to balance out the mistakenly deducted amount. Thank you so much for the support. Original review posted by user Oct 06, 2020 The payment was set on 170 euro which was suddenly raised to 230euro deduction without any kind of information or reason. The account was overpaid and have a positive credit on it. After several correspondences the company denied to pay back the deduction but reset the limit back to 179euro. Three months later the same action happened, 230 euro deduction appeared on my bank account while my bord gais balance is 170credit. The company does unreliable service and deducting money against client will.
