I have not cashed a personal check or Payroll check in over 15 years. The First check i cashed was a payroll check under $300 at Publix, which cleared. Several months later went to a diffetent Publix to cash a payroll check printed check and it was declined. A month later went to WinnDixie and my personal check was declined. Four months later Publix declined my personal check. I requested a Certegy report and im not reported for any bad check writing. I have no historybof NSF to any other check reporting company. I have decided to close my checking account and use direct deposit through my PayPal account and dont have to worry about cadhing checks, i dont have to deal with banks or waiting in line or check cadhing fees. Done dealing with a conputer telling declined, its embarrising.
