Sucasa Property Management aka The Rental aka Niko Properties aka (there is quite a few more)...don't even know where to begin. Don't know who the property owner or landlord is. Permits are taken out in deceased peoples' names. Rented a storage area out as a studio. A studio with no running water, bathroom or heat. Told us it was commercial property when indeed it was not considering business got a seize order within a few weeks. Don't understand how people get away with this. Just another Billings slumlord, obviously.
