System generates the auto renewal notice AFTER it renews rather than giving you a chance to cancel the order in case you didn't notice that it auto renews after every order. I wrote the company within minutes of getting the email and was basically told tough and they would cancel the next shipment after the next 6 months had expired. This is total BS. This company won't be around long due to *** poor customer service - of which, you can never reach them by phone. Don't ever do business with this company. You will regret it. User's recommendation: Avoid this company at all cost!
