Debit/Credit Transactions continually declining

First of all, I could barely understand the workers I was speaking to on the phone due to their heavy accents. I understand this is a global website, and I am far from discriminant. But it was just difficult communicating at times. I was also put on hold At one point and after waiting 30 mins, I checked my phone and realized I had been disconnected and i was listening to white noise for who knows how long. I love the site most of the time, but the ppl and (computers) you have to deal with for troubleshooting are atrocities. User's recommendation: Try your best to remain patient.
