Bought a Cuisinart Mini Prep Processor DLC-1. Complaining here because Walmart won't allow a review and Cuisinart doesn't have a customer service listed. The method of switching the blade over from slice to chop does one thing...slice your finger. Unless you wear cut resistant gloves, it is impossible to remove the blade without slicing your finger. This is why they don't post a customer service contacSo Not Butt! User's recommendation: Do Not Buy!!!
