Dealing with Quicken loan is a nightmare. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Our payment was changing frequently. Quicken loan said it was because of our escrow. So we asked Quicken Loan for a non escrow account. Its been a nightmare since then. Several phone calls. Never the same answer. Paid homeowners to insurance Co. we no longer had. It put our escrow in the negative. Please note we had already paid our insurance in full. Insurance company had to notify 3times before they acknowledged we had ins. Paid insurance that was already paid. Notified credit bureau of late payment we did not have. User's recommendation: Do not due business with quicken loan.
