Original review updated by user Feb 24, 2021 My car went through 4 oil consumption tests and it was determined that I needed a new engine. Paperwork was submitted and I was approved. Told to drop off my car and pick up a loaner. Several days later they called and said that Hyundai corporate basically changed who was eligible for an engine replacement AFTER I dropped my car off and I was no longer eligible! I've written the corporate office and called. Said someone would get back to me shortly. It's going on three weeks. HYUNDAI NEEDS TO FIX THIS SITUATION! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! They rescinded their approval of my car. Does that make sense??? Filing a complaint with BBB and exploring my options to hold them accountable. User's recommendation: Customer service is not what it used to be!
