I purchased a pink weeping tree rose last year. I planted it according to directions and watered it faithfully. I called once and got through to someone who said if it was still green under the outer bark that it was OK and it was so I have waited. However this summer I was sitting out weeding in that particular hill and apparently leaned over too hard and the entire stick that comes out of the ground and broke off. It is totally dead I would like this replaced if at all possible. But cant get through on the phone line because its busy at. I have called multiple times during the day and it doesnt seem to matter User's recommendation: Bad customer service. Can’t get get thru on their phone line. Not worth the money or hassle. Don’t buy!
