Im going texting you because we recently just purchased a brand new shark vacuum from Walmart and got it home got it plugged in and it is completely dead as if its not plugged in at all I took the item back to Walmart for an exchange or refund and due to it being on clearance they would not return or exchange the item as it is their policy once an item goes on the clearance it cannot be returned or exchanged so I was directed by a member management to contact the manufacture directly and you would be able to replace this unit User's recommendation: Check to make sure your unit is working prior to purchasing it.
