I received two dash cans that I knew were not the best quality, but I took a chance. The cams did not charge properly, and the SD cards were difficult to install. When the SDDo not cards were installed,the cameras wouldn't register. So I called customer service, she explained she never heard of the issue, Really? Two cams with the same issue, also they do not pay return shipping but offer a refund, minus ten dollars for the cost of me returning. The cams are definitely junk,do not buy. User's recommendation: Avoid Tactical USA.
