Found this yellow/ gray chunk in the bag of M&Ms I was about to eat. Upon Closer observation, it is definitely metal with yellow paint on 1 side. Hard as a rock. Look at pictures below for metal piece and the lot number. I am Not going to eat anything from this bag so please refund me. Look at your manufacturing equipment for other faults & recall this lot asap before someone chokes or breakes their teeth. Please respond with a resolution. Deb C.
