Dangerously unsafe vehicle, awful communication

I have been horribly disappointed with Lowes of Larne, the vehicle I purchased in good faith over lockdown and on the basis of their good reputation turned out to have dangerously unsafe brakes, a bodged fix on damage to the sump and, possibly most shocking, an incorrect sized tyre fitted that damaged the tracking system. It cost over £2,500 and spent over a month in the shop just to get it on the road again legally. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, the issue has not been resolved. This company DO NOT respond to emails, communication is an absolute nightmare. They will answer the phone but only to give excuses, delay tactics and outright denial. They didnt even provide documentation for the vehicle until chased to do so, and still havent provided an owners manual, evidence of their 60-point check which should have identified the issues or even an MOT certificate. The AA warranty is not worth the paper its printed on. I genuinely believed we were past the days of car dealers behaving like this.
