My husband and I purchased a benchmark home on 10/31/2014. The stove top has always been very hot and had very high orange flames. It has always been this way, but I was inexperienced in propane stoves. A home inspection concluded they likely did not install the proper conversion kit or regulators for the propane. I have called twice and been very clear this is a health and safety issue but was only allowed to leave a message. They never returned my call. I also emailed them including a photograph of flames - again NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
