Damaged product, who’s responsible?
I ordered a new funko pop collectible from Widget One, LLC through Amazon.com. My order came in a damaged opened box. I contacted Widget One, LLC and they responded... I'm very sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please know we only sell new products. Our products are stored and shipped by Amazon. Any shipping damage is Amazon's responsibility and they will take care of the issue once you contact their customer service directly. Thank you. I contacted Amazon who then told me it was the responsibility of Widget One, LLC. I'm not impressed with Amazon and it's third party sellers. cause neither value it's customers.
