Damaged item or poor return service, customer service unreachable

I received a bathing suit with a stain on the top and the bow/tie is also missing from the front of the top. I'd like to return and exchange this item at no cost. But, navigating customer service and getting a return label is extremely difficult... No customer service phone number to call. How do I resolve this issue?? User's recommendation: Use your own discretion.
