I have ordered two chairs from NoviDecor and when they arrived they were damaged! I contacted customer service right away and asked for a refund. They asked me to send them pictures which I did and they said that it was not their fault and told that I need to contact the manufacturer! I asked for a refund and they said that I should blame the manufacturer for all the damages. They refused to refund my money and refused to provide any help. So I asked them who the manufacturer was and their contacts, but NoviDecor ignored me and didn't give me any information. Chairs were terrible! There were scratches and small stains. I'm very disappointed with NoviDecor! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
