I have purchased and battery for my Samsung phone from www.batteryupgrade.com and it arrived in a timely manner but it did not work! I checked the battery and found out it was damaged. I contacted customer service asking for an exchange but there was no reply. Waited for bout two weeks and finally asked for a refund but there was nothing but silence. Seems like a scam! Don't order from this site! I hope I'll get some response from BatteryUpgrade.
