I ordered two customised straps for my sister and I mid Jan. It cost $70 for both. They said that it'll take 3-4 weeks for the strap. I waited for 5 weeks but no news and they wouldn't reply emails. I realised their website is no longer there and I suspected fraud. I launched a dispute with PayPal early March but they said the claim wouldn't hold because it's past 45 days. They closed the case immediately after I launched it. It's ridiculous and I'm sooooo pissed. The US$70 isn't a small amount but yet PayPal wouldn't help to solve the problem. Boo.
