This company use to be great now they are the worst there customer care is none wat so ever you send them messages wit support help and they ignore it and reply days later wit it's your internet and not there devices. I have to reset my devices every other day which is ridiculous and I've had the same equipment since they 1st started might be another alternative for cable but for the lack of customer support and TV 1/2 working your better off wit other streaming apps or just going wit your local cable companies. My advice save your money and use it on a business that will appreciate you and doesn't just ignore the fact you need customer support.
