I went to a 99 cents store yesterday in Victorville and i came across lots of unhappy customers that were upset because they couldn't get carts. All the carts were connected to a line that you had to pay 25 cents to remove it so that your able to use there cart. Most of the customers did leave and were not happy about this new idea of charging your customers. On top of that i heard people saying there just taking there business to Dollar Tree they don't charge there loyal customers for using there carts. I on the other hand did go inside but i didn't purchase everything i needed just the most important items and left to another store. This trip was an eye opener and unexpected for me - Not planning on going to the 99 cents store again. I am to taking my business else where.
