We had a scheduled tile & grout cleaning & clear grout sealer for our kitchen, dining area & bathroom. The two employees walked in & the first words out of his mouth was “I can’t guarantee your floors or grout will look any better”. I proceeded to tell him that I have done it with a hand held device & it does look better after. They came into our home with a negative attitude. I also referred to an email I received from Stanley Steamer on how to prepare for your cleaning and #4 was “Be ready to be WOWED”! Needless to say we dismissed them. I then called to speak to a manager only to be told that managers don’t work on weekends, so it would be Monday before I could expect a return call...really??? In addition, I received a call from one of the workers who were at our home telling me he didn’t feel comfortable doing the job because our “expectations were too high”. So...would NOT recommend Stanley Steamer. We have used Sears in the past with no issues.
