The return address is DO NGOC DIEP (see resolution center), that's it? Why not where it was shipped from, Franklin Park, IL? It w/probably cost a small fortune to send it back to Viet Nam. See, a deceiving practice. With the ad, you're lead to believe the product is from QVC. I can't access my account as I can't get past the mobile phone screen. Not a happy camper.
