Customer Support….cannot reach

I have been trying for an entire week to get in touch with customer service. IF I get through on a number, I will sit there for 60-90 min with zero response. I have emailed 3 times. No response. I have called way too many times and I am told to call back later, they are busy. If they are aware of issues getting through then they should do something about it. Not to mention, when I bought my tickets they were limiting entrance to 25%. NOW the gates opened and I have no desire nor can I physically go into a park that is so overly crowded. NOT FAIR....

If you are actual Representative of Disneyland you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
