Customer service — won’t refund returned items/won’t return calls

Although I am a "fan" of IGIGI designed clothing, the Customer Service is so poor that I will no longer shop here. I have placed two orders and received terrible Customer Service with each experience. Customer Service will not return phone calls or emails inquiring about returned items. On one of these orders, returned items were sent back more than 6 months ago and the order status still says "Return Pending." When attempting to call Customer Service, they say that there office hours are from 10am - 2pm, Monday thru Friday, but they never answer their phone. And they never return messages, either phone or email. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT shop here.
