I have been trying since 08/17/20 to get information on the differences between the Remington gas pole saws model numbers RM2599 and RM25PS with no help from your customer service department. They refuse to answer my inquiries. Can someone at your company please take a moment and respond to my request! Some of my case numbers are 0587****, 0595****, 0588****, 0588****, 0589****, 589****. I even wrote corporate and they would not respond. Please help! User's recommendation: Buy from another vendor.
