Customer service Stinks!

Whenever you have to have someone come out (which in it of itself is not a good thing) they are hard to work with, you have to call them by a certain time in the early morning and if you are even 10 minutes late, they take another appointment. Then you wait around all day until "the technician" decides when he is coming out. It is bad enough that you have to have the spa constantly repaired, but then the company has the technician decide when he is coming? What happened to focusing on the customer? Why do I have to wait until the day of service for him to tell me when my appointment is? Any company that does not try to help their own customers doesn't deserve them!
