Customer service staff’s attitude towards customers

Last week I made a cancellation about annual membership and an agent at customer service asked me to refund to Sam credit card. I said yes because I was thinking of the original credit card that I had used to make a purchase online. However, it was refunded to another credit card that I no longer use it. Therefore, I came back to Sam's club to ask for help, the agent didn't explain to me why she refunded to another card but not the original one, and she talked very loud to me and my husband that it was my fault. User's recommendation: If I were the boss, I never accept that employee to work for my company. She is very rude to customers and she treats as if she was my boss. Please take a carefully observe at your employees' attitude towards customers.
