Customer Service /Returned received on your end with a replacement order – cannot get a response!!!!!

Good Afternoon, Just so you know I have been on the phone for over 4 hours and either get someone from overseas that doesn't have a clue what I am talking about, or the number is no longer good. I placed order # 400******** in mid April. I called around April 23rd to find out the order had been shipped and was due to arrive sometime after 04/29. It arrived around 05/04 and 4 items were returned via the label with replacement items added. The replacement items totaled 6 items. I received notification that it arrived 05/13/21 with tracking # 9202 39** **79 0900 **** 9088 30. I am trying to find out when to expect this order . When I check my online account it has not been updated. It shows one order from June of 2020, does not show the recent april order or any good contact information. This is totally ridiculous, This used to be a great company to order from, but now is horrible. Please explain what has happened and how soon, I will receive product. If it is not avail, please issue a full return . The return was over $91.00 not including tax Thanks Cindy Bryan
