Customer Service – Refund Still Not Provided

I sent back my returns about a month and a half ago +, and haven't received my refund for $350+. I have called them 5 times and emailed about 7 and they said they received my box but there was an issue with the refund and are 'working on it'. If it's something to do with MY bank wouldn't they contact me about it and make it a priority? They have all of my details. MANGO will not reply to your emails so don't try. When you call it says to email but they must ignore the emails or they don't have a system to work through their emails efficiently and fairly. Even so they're so not helpful and extremely rude when I call. When I eventually speak to someone it takes about 15 minutes for them to realise what happened and tell me the same thing I already know which I explain to them as soon as I pick up. Customer Service says it's the finance department handling it and they will reach out to me, and when I ask for their details to contact them directly they say they can't. I'm baffled with what to do and it's the holiday season so now have to dig deeper to pay for everything I need to. So so not cool, will not buy from them again. Only buy something if you don't plan on returning or contacting them. Their process looks super easy breezy on their website but it is terrible.
