Customer service, poor quality of food

After placing our orders the waiter returned to the table three different times to verify the order after we had already waited over an hour to receive our food. Upon receiving our food the orders were still wrong and incomplete. The food I recieved was cold and my ribs were still frozen in the middle. The other orders never recieved their links and had to wait again for the tenders that were included with the orders. Waiter told our table we weren't the only customers in the restaurant. Spoke with manager who was clearly unfit to be in charge. Left hungry and dissatisfied. User's recommendation: Don't go to chili's.
