Customer service on mortg
I was mis lead by the mortg rep in 2019 being informed not to have to pay my mortg due to change in rate. this has negatively impacted my score with 2 late 30 and 2 late 60 days affecting all my finances. no one is responding been trying, I make plenty of money and been with them since 1984, my mortg since 2001 has always been on time. Never again! User's recommendation: do not bank here.
