Customer Service not 100% with accuracy of orders

On Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at approximately 8:10 a.m., I went to the Waffle House, 308 S. Pearson Road Pearl MS. I placed an order for an "All Star Breakfast add cheese to eggs & grits, regular waffle. My order was $11.00. I gave the cashier $20.00 and received $9.00 change which I in turn gave the waitress $5.00 tip. The restaurant was not busy. There were 2 couples seated in separate areas along with a guy who was sitting outside waiting on his order when I pulled up and came in to check on that ended up waiting at the counter while I was seated by the windows waiting. I received my order before this guy in about 5 minutes of ordering. About 2-3 miles out, I realized I did not have my waffle. When I made it to work I also saw I had no silverware nor did I have any jelly for toast and she did not provide me a receipt. I tried calling this location several times to no avail which led me to write this complaint. I'm really trying to understand what was the purpose of tipping the waitress if she is not going to do her job correctly.
