I walked into the Catonville, Maryland Sam's club at 0924 am and was greeted by the door attendant with Sir, you can only stay in here untill 1030 am . I asked "Why"? She answered, sir you have an old card. Well, why is my card old ? The attendant continued with go to the desk and the girl at the desk will talk to you. Well, I did go to that desk to ask what was wrong with my card and all I got in a hard and ruff voice was " You Have An Old Card". My Question was again. Why is my card old and if it needed replacing, why wasn't I notified. Need less to say, The conversation went downhill from there. You know that the person you place in customer service is the face of your company. Knowledge of the business he/she is representing, being a good communicator, dressing well, and good on the keyboard. Well, that person was none of these things. She and the door attendant seen to have gotten up on the wrong side of bed. I will not tolerate anyone attempting to talk down to me and that was what I was feeling.
