Customer Service is non existant

On January 31, 2018, I received a letter from Midland stating that on March 13, 2018, I would be receiving a check for my annual Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). The RMD has not arrived and I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to follow up with Midland to determine the status of the RMD payment. I have spent over three hours on the phone listening to music on three different numbers provided by Midland Customer Service which I found on the internet. In addition, I left my home telephone number, as suggested by one of their recorded messages. No response from that approach either. My only remaining recourse is to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to help me resolve this issue or at least make them and others aware of the lack of service provided by Midland.
