Customer service is exceedingly poor

I have been shopping this organization in its evolution from OneStopPlus to FullBeauty back to OneStopPlus for years and years. They have gotten progressively worse in their customer service. It's really sad because I've gotten many of my wardrobe basics from them over the years and I'd hate to start shopping other alternatives. FIX IT, Will you? I don't want to go but I will if this keeps up. User's recommendation: Look, even buy, but don't count on getting it! They charge your card when it ships by the way.
