This was THE WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever had! They say they have online chat but good luck ever getting through to that and if you do you get disconnected. When you call, you wait forever and even then they can't help you. I've needed one simple question answered for 2 months and have spent hours trying to get it. I will NEVER use Carvana again! And I will let others know of my experience. BUYER BEWARE!OT DO N User's recommendation: DO NOT USE!!!
