Customer service is absolutely awful.

So I ordered a pair of shoes from this company in late March. The shoes were never delivered (delivery date was April 7th) and the delivery service told me to contact the shipper (T.U.K.) in order to help rectify the situation. Pretty much zero response from these people. Multiple emails to both general inquiries and marketing, multiple phone calls to a number saying they're closed, and even directly contacting them on Twitter. Complete silence. The only response I've gotten was an agent answering one phone call, telling me they would fix the situation by shipping a new pair of the shoes and sending me an email, only to never send the email after the phone call. Worst customer service I've ever seen from a company. Period.
