Customer service incompetent, frustrating and useless

Order placed March 23 - with tracking no. on May 20 this system informed me that order had been delivered to Milton, Ontario. This was reconfirmed by DHgate recently. I have tried, many times to explain to these *** that Milton, Ontario is 3000km East of Calgary, Alberta, which is my home. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THEIR GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS ISI User's recommendation: SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND SANITY BUY ELSEWHERE.
