Customer service have to be training again

I need to call to customer service three time and third time I have to insist to spoke with person in charges so someone could give me answer or solution. They no even return call to me , just ask a driver to pick up the item and deliver again. So disappointed, is q10 mistake but the customer service just not even care how to settle .just keep asking me to wait for other people call .but I it actually no one take this responsible. Their customer service just like want to entertain client but no action no.solution . First ask me to email . After explaining my case, their not even want to listen more email, t attitude and reply . User's recommendation: Always check with the recipient have received the correct item.
