Customer service had a attitude with customer

I was told by one of the customer service when I went to pick up some of my prescription that my pain medication would be ready on 2/11/21. I went to pick it up on 2/12/21, when I got there I was told that I need to call to let them know to fill it. I stated to her that it didn't make any sense to do that if I was told it would be ready on 2/11/21. She started that I have been calling to have it ready. She kept arguing with me about how I have been getting my medication. I told her that she should be doing that with the customer. I asked her what time will it be ready. She stated at noon and then I left. Later that day. I called to see if my prescription was ready at noon, found out she had not put it through. I had to wait until 5:00 to get my prescription which I feel like that was wrong. User's recommendation: If there have been a change in processing medication the customer service should advise the customer instead of arguing with the customer.
