Hello Carrefour, I hope this complaint reaches your side and also to get noticed. I've complain many times using Carrefour Egypt hotline, however I didn't get proper handline or compromised, yet always get promises from agents, shift leaders, and supervisor, which I never imagine that I get from international company like you. The main complaint is that I got a gift card from my company without being informed that it will be expired after 12 month, so I guessed that it will be expire after my first use of it, alongside due to COVID-19 quarantine during the last year we used to stay at home. so I don't accept by any means that the agent respond to me showing him the gift card in an aggressive way telling me it is expired. I'm really very frustrated from they way Carrefour deal with me, also I believe that all of my big company colleagues will not like at all.
