Let's start off by saying I will NEVER book anything else with Priceline. This was my first AND last! Due to Hurricane Ida damaging Louisana (New Orleans specifically), we were not able to go and needed to change locations. We cancelled and rebooked the hotel without much of an issue besides the call back wait times. Getting a credit for the flights was an absolute nightmare! Multiple call backs because they didn't have the correct department returning my phone call. I was on the phone with them from 12:18 pm to 8:38pm. Have multiple representatives didn't know what they were doing, I got fed up and irritated. All I wanted to do was change my flights from one city to another for the same dates. Each call, I was on hold for 30 minutes. Today, someone finally called me back and I am STILL on hold now for 47 minutes. I provided the flight dates, times, and flight numbers, but for whatever reason, this incompetent representative cannot find the prices..(?) I found the information within 3 minutes and it's taking him now 48 minutes to locate the same exact information. I am a first responder and cannot be on hold for the entire day. Please beware!! DO NOT USE PRICELINE FOR ANYTHING! You are better off going to the direct sites. I blame BJS TRAVEL for this terrible dilemma. It's like they get paid to place people on hold.
