On may 28 2019, i won a $50 dealdash gift card. I messaged customer service to ask about how long it would be until the gift card code would be emailed to me. They responded friendly as can be, I recieved all the confirmation emails etc but no gift card code. Now i cant even play a tournament, and customer service wont even respond. I dont even kow what ive done wrong. I just want my giftcard. I was so pumped to win a tournament. Im sure we can resolve whatever the issue may be. I have screenshots, saved all emails and filed a complaint with the bbb.
