Update by user Apr 21, 2021 Visited my branch and they could not have cared any less. They are consumed with worry over the PNC takeover. I closed all my accounts. Update by user Mar 23, 2021 Called BBVA 1-800 customer service this morning. No one spoke understandable English...even the Supervisors. No help from anyone. Went to my branch and no one gave a flip. So I closed my accounts! Problem solved...no more BBVA! Original review posted by user Mar 22, 2021 Thought I had changed my password and pin at branch last Friday. Went to unlock my ATM card online and was locked out. Now I have to wait til tomorrow, go back to the branch or try the 1-800 number again. What other bank closes its customer service at night? They blame covid-19 but I call BS. They have decided to cheap out and shoot the middle finger to their customers. User's recommendation: Don’t do business with BBVA. Their customer svc and app are terrible.
