Customer Service Booth in the Store

On July 25, 2021 - Bjs Employee C. (working in the customer service counter) and cashier number: 368383 Incident: Arrived for a refund of a item that was purchased on 7/15/21. My receipt was on the app and no paper receipt was provided by me the member. The cashier told me that without a paper receipt i could only obtain a store credit. I calmly explained that I have returned items and got cash or a complete regular refund before at this same location, as the receipt is electronic. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me, and called over C.. I explained to C. and he laughed at my explanation of anyone getting a refund without a paper receipt. Please note that the product was huggies little swimmers box and it was in a un-used un-opened box of diapers. I could feel the racist tension and saw and heard C. and cashier 368383 making remarks under thier mask, that I could not make out. They seemed to be laughing at the situation. I was with my seven year old daughter and did not want to cause a scence. I am more than happy to be a Bjs customer and I spend so much money at this store, but I will not be treated unfairly and unjust because of the color of my skin. I am making this complaint with the hopes of seeing management within the office change, and employees start to be kind fo customers with questions.
