I have been renting from enterprise for the past 2 and a half years straight. Recently, the price increased and due to the pandemic I can not longer afford the prices to rent a car. I spoke with Boppy, a representative at the Camilla location, and told him that I would be dropping off the car but I would require a ride home. He stated that he was not going to do that as it is not company policy. He then placed me on hold where I heard the automatic recording say that enterprise does pick ups and drop offs. After explaining to him that I had someone drop me off before, he stated that he will not do it and I would need to find my own way back. I think that it is disgusting that I WAS a loyal and long term customer and a simple drop home should have been provided since it is in the company policy. I am furious! Plus I just found out that the rates are dropping in 2 weeks from an employee that cleans the cars. Why was I not informed? Is this how enterprise handles long term customers?
