Customer Service and multiple tapes of info

I have had issues ever since Lingo took over my service, I recently had to sign a 1 year contract, are I would otherwise leave there service. My recent issue is that I called customer service to pay my bill, and it’s very sad when a Company outsources there CS service, I could barely understand the lady, and I was very concerned that during the payment process, she took all the info, then I had to repeat all the info while being taped, then one last time taped, all with the constant wanting of you to say yes and no, which is s sign of possible fraudulent use in the future, I asked to speak to CS in America, and was hung up on.
